Legacy Fit Classes

  • This is our core group and our focus is functional training. We do movements that help us in our everyday life. These classes are 5 days a week and combine high intensity and strength training. No day is the same and the workouts are always every changing and evolving. We also display 2 workouts versions for each workout. A more advanced workout and easier version. So that even if you are new to the gym you can get a great workout and work up to the harder version. Either way we are going to be there at every class to push you and help you learn the movements and modify them if you need that.

Basic Package

Foundation Program

6 weeks
$130/per person
  • If you are new to working out or it has been a while since you did. Then our Foundations class might be a great fit for you. The goal of our Foundations class is to slow things down just a little. You will get more instruction to equipment that we use, the terminology we use in our classes Legacy Fit classes and a slower breakdown on the exercises that we do on a regular basis. The workouts are similar to our Legacy Fit classes but slowed down. The goal of the 6-week program is to prepare you to be ready for the Legacy Fit classes so you can join in and not skip a beat.
  • (Mondays and Wednesdays 7-8 pm and Saturday 8-9 am)
